Course Update…

Due to the high water level and multiple slides on the south side of the lake we are back to the two lap format. Rest assured this will be a proper Hopper with close to 80% single track. This will be a similar course as the last two years with a slight variation. And, we only have to climb Bummer Peak once. :)

All Hopper routes are open and riders must obey all traffic laws and rules.

More Info

  • Tucked into the rolling hills of Sonoma County, Lake Sonoma is a rugged, scenic gem known for steep climbs, flowy singletrack, and epic lake views. Just 30 minutes from Healdsburg, this spot delivers a true NorCal MTB experience—raw, punchy, and rewarding. The terrain? A mix of twisty descents, rocky fire roads, and leg-burning climbs, all wrapped in classic wine country beauty.

  • Expect cool mornings and crisp air, with temps kicking off in the mid-40s before climbing into the low 60s by midday. Rain is always a wildcard this time of year, which means trails could be hero dirt or a little spicy—either way, it's all part of the fun. If the sun's out, expect short sleeves by noon, but don’t ditch that windbreaker just yet—Lake Sonoma’s ridge lines can bring sneaky gusts. Pack for all conditions and be ready to send it!
